Compensation

Westlake offers a competitive compensation package. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 Base, with the potential to earn up to 50% in bonus/commission based on your performance. They value your experience and skills, and our compensation structure reflects our commitment to recognizing and rewarding your contributions. Travel expenses, Car allowance + Mileage, a retirement package, sales goals bonus', gym memberships, and tuition reimbursement incentives are also included.

The Job

This sales and account management role involves managing key accounts in a wide region, requiring travel and relationship-building with clients. You will serve as the face of the company, developing strong relationships with Westlake customers. Entertaining clients through events, dinners, and recreational outings is a significant aspect of the job, supported by a generous entertainment budget. Compliance with company policies and exceeding sales goals are essential. You will educate customers on the benefits of the Certa-Lok restrained joint PVC Product system, deliver professional presentations, and maintain relationships with distributors, engineers, municipalities, and contractors. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities is crucial. Effective travel management within the assigned territory is required, with approximately 50% of the time spent on travel.

Ideal Candidate

Westlake is seeking an exceptional candidate who is a self-starter and possesses the confidence to approach new accounts with ease. 2- 3 years of sales experience. While sales and relationship experience is beneficial, we are particularly interested in individuals who have a natural ability to connect with others. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of independently managing their schedule and nurturing key accounts. While a background in college athletics is a plus, it is not a requirement. This role will involve visiting job sites and engaging with clients, so an enjoyment of such interactions is essential. The candidate must reside within the assigned territory and demonstrate a strong desire to work for a company that fosters internal growth opportunities.

Job Summary

The Territory Manager achieves increased sales revenue and profitability within the territory consisting of Virginia, Maryland and Delaware. The Territory Manager will achieve sales goals by effectively selling and communicating the company’s products and/or related services to existing and prospective customers. A major focus will be on the pull through sales process by creating demand at the specifier, owner, and contractor levels.

Experience

3-10 Years of Professional Experience

3+ Years of sales experience.

The ideal candidate for Westlake Pipe and Fittings should have a bachelor's degree, be motivated, results-driven, and possess strong presentation and organizational skills. They should have a track record of exceeding goals, excellent communication abilities, technical aptitude, and be open to travel within the assigned territory.
