The Job

As the manager of the Salesforce ecosystem at Temple View Capital, you take charge of the entire process. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and IT, taking on the role of a project owner with senior stakeholders. Work hand-in-hand with the IT Director and consultants on your team to refine requirements and drive strategic solutions. Evaluate and integrate technology tools for business unit support, ensuring that your Salesforce solutions align with platform best practices. Implement scalable enhancements like custom objects, flows, triggers, Visualforce pages, and more, while conducting thorough peer code reviews.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role would be an experienced Salesforce ecosystem manager with a background in a relevant industry. Having previously demonstrated proficiency in managing the end-to-end Salesforce development process, the candidate should be comfortable taking full control and ownership of the sector, ensuring adherence to platform best practices. This individual should be self-motivated and capable of working independently, exhibiting a strong track record in driving strategic solutions in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Job Summary

We seek an excellent communicator who is detail-oriented for our Salesforce Developer role. In this role you will define, develop, integrate, and scale a rapidly growing salesforce instance, partnering alongside Program Managers, Product Owners, IT development teams, and other Business Stakeholders across the company. Our team creates and implements impactful processes and frameworks that ultimately guide and support the overall business strategies for our sales and services teams. As a Salesforce Developer on the IT team, you will report directly to the IT Director within our organization.

Experience

5+ years Salesforce Developer experience in scalable environments
2+ years Lightning development experience
Proficient in Salesforce sales cloud and/or Service cloud
Skills in custom application development, Aura components, Apex, and Visualforce pages
Expertise in building Rest API, Platform Events, and Streaming API integrations
Thorough understanding of Salesforce system limits for scalable development
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Platform App Builder certifications preferred
Preferred experience with Encompass API’s
