Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of the construction project, to include establishing the project Scope of Work, establishing and managing the construction budget, procuring and managing the general contractor and construction managers, and other related project requirements ensuring on-time and on-budget end result. Candidate must have experience managing complete site operations and have experience delivering multi-family projects.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Construction Project Management software preferred.
Highly self-motivated and adept at multitasking, time management, and prioritization.
Skilled in managing multiple projects and project teams effectively.
Proven experience in budget management with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations.

Spanning from Philadelphia, PA, to Richmond, VA with the majority of projects located in the Baltimore - Washington, DC corridor.

This role involves a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring travel to various project locations and overseeing a range of construction-related tasks.
