As the Head Coach and Founder of Dalton Connection, I am driven by a strong desire to revolutionize the outdated and flawed process of sourcing employees. The idea for Dalton Connection originated from a group of sports coaches, including myself, who saw an opportunity to connect former players with meaningful and lasting careers. We recognized that the traditional approach to finding talent was flawed and limited. We understood that true success in life and business is built through human connection. With this belief, Dalton Connection was born. Since its inception, we have leveraged the power of community leaders and mentors to bring quality candidates to great businesses. Our mission is to disrupt the norm and fix the broken employee sourcing process.
