REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
Crumdale Partners is seeking Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) in markets across the country to identify and develop strong broker partner relationships. RSDs must be willing to travel and should possess strong networking skills, work ethic, an eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing an exceptional experience for our partners. As a Data Analyst specializing in Stop Loss & Level-Funding, you will play a critical role in the efficient operation of our Claims department by managing and analyzing data related to level-funding programs. Your primary responsibilities will include database design and maintenance, ensuring data accuracy, automating processes, generating reports, and providing analytical support to optimize level-funding operations.
CLINICAL COST CONTAINMENT NURSE MANAGER
The Clinical Cost Containment Nurse Manager manages a staff of nurses and is responsible for assessing and monitoring the status and outlook of high-cost and potential high-cost claimants across Crumdale’s client and member base. This role will involve working with all our trading partners – TPAs, preauthorization, networks, and claim review companies – along with internal departments including Crumdale Advocates and Stop Loss Operations. The Manager will work with these vendors to first identify and then track and manage these high-cost members through their clinical journey. This individual will seek to add value to the process by inserting themself when appropriate to ensure that high quality care is delivered at an appropriate cost.
